Loomee Terms of Service

“Loomee,” the “App,” and the “Service” include the Loomee mobile application,https://loomee.app, and related backend services. Loomee provides affirmation sessions, voice narration, music, personalization, mood/reflection features, reminders, progress features, and optional paid functionality.

The feature mix can change as the product evolves. A feature shown as free or Pro in the current App controls over older marketing descriptions.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the higher minimum age required in your country. Users who have not reached the age at which they can independently consent under local law should use Loomee only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

Loomee does not require an email/password account. The App creates a pseudonymous, device-generated device_id used to associate local and backend records with an installation. Reinstalling or moving to another device may not restore every item unless the relevant data and entitlement are available through Loomee's backend or Apple.

Loomee is a wellness tool, not a medical, psychiatric, psychological, or psychotherapeutic service. Affirmations, reflections, mood features, AI-generated text, and other content are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional care.

Do not rely on Loomee for emergencies or crisis support. If you are in immediate danger or a mental-health crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service in your country.

Some Pro or personalization features may use AI services to generate affirmation content. AI output can be inaccurate, repetitive, unsuitable, or unexpected. You are responsible for deciding whether generated content is appropriate for you and must not treat it as factual, medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of custom affirmations, reflections, reminder text, and other content you create in Loomee (“User Content”).

6.2 License needed to run the Service

You grant 21media a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, improve, or support the Service and features you request, including synchronization, text-to-speech, personalization, and AI-assisted features.

You agree not to:

• Use Loomee for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Attempt to bypass subscription or entitlement controls
• Interfere with, overload, probe, scrape, or attack the Service or backend
• Reverse engineer or extract source code except where applicable law expressly permits it
• Use automated tools to abuse AI, audio, purchase, or other backend endpoints
• Upload or create content that infringes another person’s rights

8.1 Plans and pricing

Loomee may offer monthly and/or annual Pro subscriptions. The exact price, currency, billing period, introductory offer, and free-trial eligibility shown in the App Store purchase sheet or Loomee paywall at the time of purchase are the terms that apply to that transaction. Prices can vary by storefront and may change for future purchases or renewals as permitted by Apple.

8.2 Free trials and introductory offers

A free trial or introductory offer applies only when Apple determines that your Apple ID is eligible and the offer is displayed to you. If an eligible trial converts to a paid subscription, Apple charges the displayed subscription price unless you cancel before the trial ends.

8.3 Billing and renewal

• Purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with Apple’s subscription rules
• You can manage or cancel from your Apple subscription settings
• Removing Loomee from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription

8.4 Pro features

Pro can include premium voices and music, additional personalization, AI-assisted affirmations, custom-affirmation features, Quick Boost/Sleep experiences, widgets, expanded limits, advanced reminder/routine controls, and other features marked Pro in the App. Some reminders and core affirmation functionality may remain available on the free tier.

Apple is the merchant of record for App Store purchases and controls App Store refunds. Refund requests should be made through reportaproblem.apple.com. Our separate Refund Policy provides additional instructions. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Notifications are optional and require device permission. Loomee may offer a basic reminder during onboarding and may later ask again in-app if notifications remain disabled. You can change notification permission in device Settings and reminder configuration inside Loomee.

Loomee's name, branding, mascot, software, design, curated content, and other materials are owned by or licensed to 21media and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use.

We may modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, content, or parts of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent availability of a specific voice/music track, or compatibility with every device or OS version.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loomee is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose. 21media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service where such exclusions are legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.

You may stop using Loomee at any time and can use the in-app delete-account flow for supported local/backend deletion. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, prevent abuse, or enforce these Terms. Subscription cancellation is separate from account/data deletion and is managed through Apple.

We may update these Terms as Loomee changes. The latest version is posted at https://loomee.app/tos with its effective date. Material changes may be announced in-app where appropriate. Continued use after revised Terms become effective means you accept them to the extent permitted by law.
