Do I need an account to start?+
No. Loomee does not require an email/password account. It uses a pseudonymous device identifier so the app and backend can keep your preferences, progress, entitlement state, and selected activity records connected to the same installation.
What devices does Loomee run on?+
Loomee is available for iPhone and iPad. Android support may be added later.
How is Loomee different from other affirmation apps?+
The core experience is a one-minute voice-guided ritual with breathing, music, a glowing companion, mood/reflection features, and personalization that adapts to what resonates.
Can I write my own affirmations?+
Yes. Custom-affirmation features are available as part of Loomee Pro.
Can I use reminders without Pro?+
Loomee can offer a basic daily reminder during onboarding. Additional routine controls and some advanced experiences may be part of Pro.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. App Store subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. Removing the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Is my data private?+
Loomee keeps core app state locally and also uses limited backend services for personalization, synchronization, purchases, audio, selected reflections/activity, diagnostics, and product operation. The Privacy Policy explains the exact categories and deletion behavior.
