Loomee Refund Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-03
Effective: 2026-06-03

The short version

Loomee Pro starts with a 3-day free trial — cancel before it ends and you are never charged. After that, all purchases are billed and refunded by Apple, so refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com, not us.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how billing, trials, and refunds work for the Loomee Pro subscription. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Loomee is currently available on the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple through your Apple ID — 21media never sees or stores your card details and cannot charge or refund your card directly.

2. 3-Day Free Trial

Every new subscriber can start a 3-day free trial of Loomee Pro at no cost.

  • Full access to every Pro feature during the trial
  • Cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not charged a cent
  • If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your Apple ID is charged automatically
  • Trial eligibility is per Apple ID and per subscription group — reinstalling the app does not reset it

Because the trial lets you experience the full app for free before paying, we strongly encourage trying Loomee that way before subscribing.

3. How Billing Works

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase (or when a free trial ends)
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • The renewal charge is applied within 24 hours before the renewal date
  • Prices shown are in your local currency based on Apple’s regional pricing, confirmed in the paywall before purchase

4. Requesting a Refund

Because Apple is the merchant of record for all App Store purchases, refunds are handled by Apple, at Apple’s discretion. 21media cannot issue refunds directly and has no control over whether a given refund is approved.

How to request an Apple refund

  • Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
  • Or on your device: Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History
  • Find the Loomee purchase, choose “Report a Problem,” and follow the prompts
  • Apple typically reviews refund requests within 24–48 hours

If Apple asks you to confirm the charge with the developer, or if you believe you were charged in error, email us at hello@21media.online with “Refund inquiry” in the subject and we’ll help however we can on our side.

5. Cancelling Your Subscription

Cancelling stops future charges; it does not by itself trigger a refund for the current period. To cancel:

Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Loomee Pro → Cancel Subscription

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro features until then.

6. EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Note that for digital content and services that begin immediately, that right can be waived once the service starts — which is why the 3-day free trial exists, so you can evaluate Loomee fully before any charge.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory statutory rights you have under your local consumer-protection law. Refunds for App Store purchases are still administered by Apple.
