Subscriptions & billing

Loomee Pro is billed through Apple. Manage or cancel it from your Apple ID subscription settings. App Store refund requests are handled by Apple.

Restore purchases

Open Loomee → Settings → Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID that originally purchased Loomee Pro.

Privacy & deletion

You can use Delete account inside Loomee Settings. Our Privacy Policy explains local, backend, and deletion behavior.
